I'm interested to see how Riikola plays tonight. He's impressed in camp but reading around about him, his reviews are all over the map. From late round steal to career AHL/Finnish league player. Apparently he has a canon of a shot and can skate well.

Finnish Candy is who Id really like to watch and pay attention to tonight too. Reading so much positive about him...well, besides JJ absolutely flattening him with a check at one point yesterday....but he got back up and played on...so thats positive. He can take a big hit.

Yes. With Avocado oil they claim. A touch of lime with ranch chipoltle dipping sauce. Waiting on onion rings. The chips are crunching and quite delicious. I could eat 3 lbs.
